PPK Place is located at 305 Church Street conveniently situated across from Oakville's only covered Municipal parking garage.

The building was originally designed, constructed and occupied in 1991 by the initial landlord. Subsequent to it's acquisition by PPK Commercial Holdings Inc. in late 2006, the property underwent a complete inside and out renovation from 2007 to 2009.
