Peter Lambert is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University where he earned a Masters of Science degree on an academic Scholarship. While at Penn State, Peter was a member of theirhockey team was inducted into the Penn State Hockey Hall of Fame in 1995 and was also invited to attend the New York Rangers and Washington Capital’s training camps. After graduating from Penn State, Peter taught undergraduate kinesiology at Acadia University in Nova Scotia.
Peter started his investment career with Pittfield Mackay Ross in 1980. In 1984, he joined Walwyn Stodgell Cochran Murray Becoming a member of the firm’s institutional desk.
In 1986 Peter moved to the retail side of the investment business. In 1988, Peter joined the Oakville office of Midland Walwyn as
Financial Advisor and Assistant Branch Manager. In 1992 Peter was a founding partner of that firm’s PPK Team. Peter’s industry
accomplishments include nomination to the prestigious Investment Dealer’s Association of Canada (IDA) award of distinction as well
as member to the firm’s president’s council. In October 2006, The PPK Team joined the newly created downtown Oakville
branch of ScotiaMcLeod.
Peter has been an active volunteer for a number of years. He was co-founding director of Oakville Little League Baseball and served
as league president for three years and has umpired at the National level. He also served as the sponsorship chairman for The
Oakville’s Millennium Committee, which led to the legacy of the Towne Clock in downtown Oakville.
Currently, Peter serves as director and secretary of Kids Fest Canada, an organization Dedicated to helping underprivileged children
in Halton and across Canada.
